I see nothing inherently wrong with kids failing a subject. That is what should happen if they don’t learn it. Fear of failure should not drive the selection of subjects. Rather, it should be there to drive the students to learn and teachers to teach.

Failure should be brought back into the education system. We need a lot more of it.

There should be no government education. Utilitarian cattle management sounds wonderful on the surface, but it actually leads to a slave population which self-destructs.
