I voted for ‘married to someone else’, since I despise adultery, but I do think homosexuality should be legal. I would say those two should be swapped.
Speaking of swapping, I think it should be ‘married to someone else, without that someone else’s consent’. If the ‘victim’ isn’t a victim, then I see nothing wrong with it.

Although sex is most disgusting when it’s incest, beastiliality, two guys, or two ugly lesbian hags, sex in general and everything having to do with it is disgusting and contributing to over-populating the world with more useless humans and therefore should be banned.
