Understanding of Terms by VnutZ :: NR8

Just want to make sure that everyone understands that ANY file acquired through the Internet peer to peer services (KaZaA, Gnutella, eDonkey) or file acquired across your college LAN is considered a pirated version.

I am actually quite surprised at the larger portion of this poll that is legitimate. Granted, its only 17 votes so far, but still. So, what program did you use to make your legitimate files from your audio CDs? Or are all the files from the iTunes Music Store?

Personally, for creating MP3s from scratch, I prefer the LAME MP3 encoder and Exact Audio Copy under Windows and the LAME plug-in for iTunes under OS X.
