What about people who call with questions? Like asking you for someone else's phone number. That rates right behind the rabid penquin in my mind.
I'm back from the desert now ... but I think getting shot ranks up there as one of the biggest sucks about working.
There wasn't a place to vote for: "roaches crawling in your shoe" (I work in social services)
Noticeably absent from this poll is the option of "Insane Bosses". And by insane, I mean the kind who think they can operate your machinery- and they can't- but they think they are doing a good job (a monkey %&*@ing a football, but the monkey thinks he's getting the football off) and who never stop talking, and by talking I mean shouting "Hot stuff! Hot Stuff!" over and over again, or giving themselves verbal instruction ("pick it up John! Back up John! Put it down John!") or otherwise spouting random oddities like "That's right!" "Come on, go ahead!" and "10-4 on the 4-footer, Cap'n!"
