My experience is that a person’s racist tendencies are directly proportional to their exposure to diverse cultures. While living in Korea for two years, I found the people to have very little exposure to other cultures and, therefore, to base their opinions of individuals of other races on generalizations they might have seen in media. I also noticed differences in myself after gaining the cultural exposure there. While I had previously accepted the limitations of generalizations conceptually, only after getting to know hundreds of Koreans personally was I able to see that they are just as different as everyone I knew back home.

Aren’t we missing some other races? Like Native American?

Uh…there’s only one ethnic group I know of that has many members who wish to kill all Jews…that’s a little bit more racist than only hanging out with people who look like you.

Im not sure if one is more racist then the other. It just seems like some races get away with more. For example, blacks and latino races have there own music awards and have a month decicated to them. Does that make them more racist? Or does that make us because we dislike the fact that we don’t have that? Just a thought.

You are all demonstrating your racism with the poll results. I bet hardly any of the people who voted are black. I’m guessing that actually most people voting are white and choosing to vote for black people as the most racist. That’s pretty stereotypical and racist just in itself. White people need to do some serious looking inward. Remember black people were slaves and black people had to fight hard during the civil rights movement for equal rights. They’re still fighting now! I’m appalled, but not suprised to see that white America thinks that African-Americans are the most racist.

It’s crazy that most people pick blacks as the most racist ethnic group of all when actually they are the most repressed. Find me a repressed person and I’ll show you an angry person. the "discrimination" majority of blacks have isn’t racism but something entirely different. there’s a term for it but i can’t remember.
When you’ve been repressed by a groups/groups of people and all other races see you as the least of all races and treat you as so, you tend to expect that and have a defense mechanism. You tend to NOT want to be around those people or associate yourself with them. you tend to backlash at them more NOT because of necc. who they are but what they have done.

Find me a black person who thinks and treats other races as racially inferior to themselves and I’ll show you a black racist. Find me one who’s angered w/ people you have historically AND currently mistreated and belittled them and I’ll show you an angry black person.

on that note, with my wide range of experience of all ethnic groups, i find asians to the racist of them all. When i say asians i mean East Asians and Indians. (trust me on this. some of them, if they are close to you, would sadly agree).

Since Asia consist of sub-continents there are several main races in Asia. Each differing not only in culture and language but also in skin colour, body types, hair types and so on.

In Asian countries that have more than one Asian ethnic group, racism is rife.

You poll can’t be too accurate if you lump all Asians into one group. What about the Indian vs. the Chinese. Do all Asians look alike to you? Surely not!

The racism against white people in these comments pretty much reaffirms what most of us already knew. White people are not the problem.

Race and Ethnicity are two completely different things, assuming you people "meant" , "Races that display the most racist tendencies?" What qualifies you to say that Blacks are more racist? Racist towards whom?? YOU? I’m assuming that 99.9999% of you are white…right? Which probably means that these "black people" must be racist towards YOU, right? Or do you feel they’re racist towards…say…Native Americans? What qualification, or quantification do you have for anything contained in this survey…this in fact, has been a complete WASTE of cyberspace and a denigration of all that Omni-Nerd stands for.

Easy answer… Asians. They’re both hypocritical because they degrade other races in private, and also are very quick to judge other races/ethnicities in a negative light. They pretend to be fearful of black men and women, when in reality, they’re not afraid. They’re oppressive. They need to be called out on it, but no one does. Because everyone thinks they’re the “model minority”. Personally, as a black man, I don’t even eat in Asian restaurants anymore. Why should I pay them, when they wouldn’t step foot in a black restaurant? And a lot of people (especially wide-eyed white liberals) take Chinese or Japanese in school. Did I? Absolutely not. I signed up for Swahili instead, and I can tell you in the history and future of the program, its probably an accurate guess that no Asian will ever take it. I don’t support their community, as long as they continue to harbor prejudices against blacks. If that means always, then I will always continue to be loyal to the Black community. And when I adopt a child, it definitely won’t be from China. What about the poor children here who are subjected to their parents carelessness. Where is there opportunity for them? Never. So, that’s my explanation, and I’m supporting it wholeheartedly.

White people are too self-righteous to be racist. They prefer to do it behind your back. Nepotism… Learn the word and understand it. Nepotism keeps white, retarded people in power. That’s why this country has gone to shits. All these years, we’ve had stupid, privileged white folks in power.

White privilege is " when you can attend four different colleges in six years like Sarah Palin did (one of which you basically failed out of, then returned to after making up some coursework at a community college), and no one questions your intelligence or commitment to achievement, whereas a person of color who did this would be viewed as unfit for college, and probably someone who only got in in the first place because of affirmative action" (Wise). Remember, Obama attended Harvard University, yet he was viewed as “inexperienced” compared to the likes of Palin.

Thankfully, globalization is finally putting an end to whitey’s reign of stupidity. Yep, this is the beginning of the end for AmeriKKKa. Economists predict by 2050, China will be the greatest country in the world. Thank God I have Chinese friends. I doubt many of you do.

The reason blacks were chosen is because mostly white people voted. Most white people aren’t going to choose white people as the most racist, so they chose the group who they feel has the most reason to hate them. Obviously nobody could ever be as racist as white people. It’s not even close. When it comes to racism, whites are like the New York Yankees and all the other races are like a bunch of little league teams. There isn’t even any competition.

I have traveled quite a bit and have met so many wonderful black people, but when visiting the USA, I met some of the most racist and inconsiderate black people in the world. Self-centered and ready to blame other races for their troubles at the drop of a hat instead of owning up to their problems and moving forward. Wow! much sympathy America. May God be with you.

Why do most black people automatically say that the reason for their problems is because of discrimination against them? Instead of looking at the facts. Which ethnic group has the highest percent of single parents raising children, which ethnic group makes up the prison population, which ethnic group has the highest number of high school dropout? What ethnic groups make up most of the gangs? Instead of blaming others because your ancestor were discriminated against and treated unfairly start living in the present and take responsibility for your own actions. Most things that are in place to help out the people who were discriminated against in the past are discrimination now. Look at the NAACP they only fight for the black cause not all injustice. What about the United Negro College Fund. Would it be acceptable to have a United Caucasian College Fund? The affirmative action is discrimination it says that we will discriminate to make up for past discrimination, but the problem is no us citizen that is alive now was a slave so it should be NO ONE SHOULD BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN. I know loads of racists of different ethnicities. (Online and Reality)Most of them being black sorry it’s true. and then white people will dislike black people for this. black people hold alot of repression, yes, but they have no right to, it is the 21st century now. they are resenting for nothing. however i’ve heard racial remarks from white people too, they behave like it is acceptable. but sometimes racism has been blown out of preportion. most of these white people are the less known european countries. and be honest well known countries will report more racism because it is more noticeable as racism is a fixing problem with them. middle easterners are discreetly racial. and asians are the opposite, they aren’t actually aware of racism as much as the western world. i know this from first hand and i am mixed. but i think racism happens because of reluctance to accepting eachother. i mean i can’t hate because im mixed.
so i see no point in differentiating eachother.
