You won’t find the Immaculate birth of Mary, virgins as a heavenly reward or the holiness of cows on Snopes either. I think you are confusing Urban Legends with matters of faith. Unless the matter of faith could be scientifically debunked (i.e. the planets revolving around the earth) how would Snopes challenge it? Your subjective criteria for judging Snopes is pretty weak.
