My job separates me from home 72% of the week … I couldn’t agree more. There would be nothing better than escaping this hellhole – and at this point, I don’t care if my employer sees this.

Sorry to hear that. I have been there myself. One of the few regrets I have about my life is not playing more with my sons when they were 10 year olds.

I don’t care if my employer sees this.

I think your employer would probably understand that he is not getting the best work from you like this. Perhaps it is time for a talk about your priorities in life.
