Protest of Black Crimes Against Whites Planned in Tennessee

So black people commit more crimes than white people. This is not opinion, right?

So when black people commit violent crimes, are they more often against white people? Do black men more frequently rape white women than black women? Are you more likely to get carjacked by black people if you're white?

I don't think so, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I know if I was a criminally-minded young black man living on the wrong side of the tracks that I'd probably be more likely to violently target the whiteys driving through my neighborhood; they're likely to have more money.

That's not what this is about though; these criminals were after more than money apparently - was this a hate crime? If so, shouldn't this be given the same attention a white on black hate crime is given?

This is an interesting case in that the reaction to the brutal events is met with a protest by white people. The same white people,perhaps, who have family members, friends or perhaps themselves who are members of the KKK or other white racist organizations.

This is America. We can all agree on that one fact. And the one fact is that whites have terrorized black American citizens for over 100 years. Lynching, maiming, killing, raping, burning...you name it they were able to practice this debauchery for years (until the 1980's) and were never punished. (This debauchery continues today in the 21st century, however some are held accountable for their crimes) So when one looks at this case of African American young people who committed this horrible abominable crime,let's also look at the people who are the architects of these debauched acts as well. For it mirrors the exact behavior of the very people who was subjected to such a brutal assault.

Whites are not innocent pure people who fall victim to the bad minority. They have to take responsibility for a great deal of this violence, especially in the South.

In conclusion, the young girl and her boyfriend did not deserve to be brutally attacked and murdered, no one does.

It's that we all have to look at this cycle of violent behavior in America that begun when whites landed here in America and it must stop.

These animals are lucky they live in America... If they lived in Iran or other parts of the Mid-East of Africa, they would probably been released to the public to deal with. They would have received the same horrible death that they dealt to these 2 young innocent people. These savages deserve no mercy.

Violence against whites is all the time!!

I am sick and tired of hearing the press talk about ethnic groups....What does that mean??? As far as I know we are all American (unless you are illeagal) and we all have red blood. I have been discriminated against and called cracker, peckerwood, whiteboy and a few spanish names that I don't know how to spell. People who commit crimes in the USA deserve to be punished, I don't care wht there ethnic background is....People in the USA deserve to have a job if they are qualified no matter what their ethnic background is....I am tired of everyone thinking that the white people have it better than everyone in this country. White people work for what the have and just because someonelse is jealouse doesn't mean we need to bendover for them and take it. I am white and I have worked for everything my family has. There were no "whites who can't afford college" programs for me, I did it without the help of the government. So please back me up and treat everyone equal (I mean no special tax funded programs for people other than whites) because that is the way I expect to be treated. If I do the crime I'll do the time, or the death penalty.

When reading the comments left by a cornucopia of whites, I become sick with the thought of how shallow we as Americans in 2008 still are. Hatred is what has defined America since its commencement. First off: the comment "go back to your homeland”, is completely ludicrous, because whites were responsible for the slave trade that brought blacks into this country. My ancestors were enslaved by whites for years, and even after legislation, in the form of the 13th Amendment, abolished slavery, were still discriminated against. Someone in their comment said that blacks were lynched, raped, beat, etc, for the list could go on. Blacks were subject to such mal-treatment. THERE IS NO WAY ONE CAN OMIT SLAVERY FROM HISTORY. Some of the greatest presidents, including George Washington, dealt with slavery as a way of life. YET, we as Americans can have a Constitution that states "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL". When man is defined, as in Webster, do not black and white men fall under these qualifications? Do not black and white women meet the qualifications of a woman? Truth be told, whites weren't the first in America. "In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue", great rhyme, but invalid story! If Columbus found this country, why was it already inhabited, by Indians to be exact? He simply rediscovered it! That's like, George Washington sailing the seas, taking in the fresh air and discovering Africa, with a bunch of Africans on it. OH WE HAVE DISCOVERED THE PROMISE LAND! No what you did was take over, you always have. Even America today has a take over spirit. Iraq is the perfect example. ARE WE REALLY THIS STUPID?? Is the question I ask. Are we so shallow that we are still conformed to the ways of our ancestors? Truth be told, NO ONE living today was a slave or a slave owner! Crime, in any form is undeniably unacceptable. But we utilize crime as a way to condemn a community who has produced some of the most influential people. My grandiloquence of the matter is no way conceited, it’s just the truth which those who left comments have ceased to display. What about the whites that have committed crimes? We overlook them, or better yet hire them great lawyers, with their “big bills” and pardon them for their transgressions. Transgressors may not be rightfully judged on Earth, but I promise they will be in Heaven.
