Prompted by the increasing number of people concerned with the feelings of animals and even plants, including Whole Foods Market's decision to cease the sale of live lobsters, 'CrustaStun' is now offering 'the world's first humane electronic crustacean stunner.' Looking much like a waffle iron, the device euthenizes the lobster via electricity, rather than the typical boiling. At a price of $4,000, however, one must wonder what is humane and what is excessive.
