Fetus in Fetu is a rare birth defect that occurs when one twin becomes encapsulated within the body of its partner. Unlike siamese twins, a parasitic twin ceases to develop altogether, but continues to 'live' within the host body. The most recently reported case of Fetus in Fetu occurred in Nagpur, India within a man named Sanju Bhagat. After 36 years of believing his large belly was merely a cosmetic defect, Sanju opted for surgery when his parasitic twin grew large enough to disrupt his respiratory system. "To my surprise and horror, I could shake hands with somebody inside," reported the surgeons. "It was a bit shocking for me.

Twin in Twin by Eye.Of.Sage :: NR6 :: Show
Wow. I heard of this before. Did the brain of the parasitic twin develop or is it still in baby stage? Also, how does this twin get nutrients? An umbilical cord? or is it connected blood vessel?
