Canadians See American Conspiracy in 9/11 Attacks

Was Osama bin Laden behind the 9/11 attacks? Or was it influential Americans seeking to profit from the ensuing chaos? Surprisingly, a new poll conducted by Ipsos-Reid shows that one in five Canadians believes the latter. According to the poll 22% of Canadians think that the 9/11 attacks were hatched not by Osama bin Laden, but by Americans themselves. The percentage was higher in Quebec where 32% reportedly subscribe to the conspiracy theory. Some additionally believe that these same American plotters are now protecting bin Laden and helping him evade capture. An Ipsos-Reid senior vice-president says that various "neighborhood rumors," such as those conveyed on websites like Loose Change, have a great deal of "resonance" among people, as evidenced by the poll.

Conspiracy Theory. by Eye.Of.Sage :: NR6

Why is it that every time something happens, the Conspiracy Theory is always there. Apollo, Kennedy assassination, Freemason, UFO and now 9/11? Where are all these paranoia coming from?
