Batteries and Ballistic Missile Fuses ... Same Same

In 2006, the Department of Defense shipped a package to Taiwan in response to a request for helicopter batteries. Imagine the surprise when the contents included four fuses for detonating ICBMs (Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles). The Americans were unaware of the accidental shipment until last week when the Taiwanese informed them the components were safely "kept in a warehouse" in Taiwan.
