by In Massachusetts, Berkshire County D.A. David Capeless will ask state lawmakers to pursue legislation that will ban the sale of "murderabilia" after finding that Wayne Lo, one of the first school shooters from the 1990's, has been helping to operate a website from prison celebrating his 1992 shooting at Simon's Rock College of Bard. The site purportedly commercializes on selling T-shirts, letters, artwork and items connected to the shooting along with gloating statements about the attack which killed two people and injured four. Capeless, who was involved in prosecuting Lo, said, "He's simply revictimizing people. This is a terrible thing and has no place in our society. There's a point where the line gets drawn, when a person's freedom of speech compromises our liberty, and we should and can act on it."

As immoral as what this guy is doing is, I don't know that the government should intervene. In essence, it's a very tasteless T-shirt and if it is to be illegal, then all tasteless T-shirts would need to be illegal - as well as tasteless videos/magazines (pornography immediately comes to mind).

Good luck with that one! I thought Massachusetts is the most liberal state there in the US! Besides, as much as I beg to differ (I wish sometimes they'd fry the bastards too), the death penalty costs more than life w/out parole. Besides, as a family member of two murder victims on death row, the appeals process never, I mean NEVER, exhausts, until they will fry, and that may be never too. This was in CA and the Feds have taken over the building of a new death chamber, because they claimed that lethal injection was too cruel and unusual. I don't remember how many millions it is for them to renovate, but its a lot, not to mention court costs.

ITS ABOUT FU@!>ING TIME!!! Please help those of us and the victims out there to scream because we have been suffering for too long. Please make it go all the way to Washington because without a federal law passed the idiot profit mongers will go on and on in another state. Pray for the victims, because they are screaming from the grave.
