I am a Baha'i, a father, a husband and a teacher.

I strongly believe that we need to treat each other as people, not robots. I promote "agile" methods of working in teams.

I used to do a lot of software development, now I only do a little (primarily PHP and Java). Mostly I coach and train organizations.

I freqently write on Agile Advice - I'm the primary author, but I'm always looking for other people to make contributions about teams, organizations, efficiency, the philosophy of work, learning, creativity and truthfulness.

I came across OmniNerd quite some time ago (more than a year?) and have been completely inactive since then. As of today, Jan. 2, 2007, I hope to participate more. The OmniNerd newsletter got me interested :-)
