How ridiculous is this. I mean, what’s next, they can’t go the city park? This decision does violate their first amendment rights because the govt. is banning some of it’s citizens from something it provides as a service to the public at large. In fact, their decision to prohibit the Boy Scouts access to the marina is discrimination against the Boy Scouts for what they believe.

I wonder how it would be if the city banned a gay & lesbian group from using the marina because they don’t have any of their kids in the Boy Scouts…that’s how ridiculous this lawsuit is.
