What’s their leadership track record?

If they’ve sufficiently and successfully led elsewhere while simultaneously holding a religious belief with which I don’t agree, why couldn’t they do the same as President?

(There are, of course, reasons they couldn’t, but they aren’t of the variety pertinent here.)
