To be fair to James Baker, the ISG, et al, the ISG report was actually not bad for something crafted by politicians, who typically can’t even agree on what beverages to serve for their meetings to discuss what they will have for lunch. Yeah, it was watered down, and some of it was "duh", but then again, this is in the city where someone was going to hire a head intel guy who didn’t know the difference between a Sunni and a Shia. This is a city where so many people are in denial that this is "for real" that you just have to wonder how many episodes of Barney these people watch a day.
