Since I’m aware that the margin on Omninerd is probably thin, I tend not to block the ads. For the most part, they’re not that intrusive. However, I did block one ad for scientology, but that is just good practice.

So does the site/ad company track when the ad isn’t downloaded with the rest of the content on the page? Is that how companies are able to tell that their ads are not being seen? I just assumed that it was all transparent to the site I was viewing.
