Vaccines DID cause autism in my son… That IS a fact and several doctors have testified to this in court.

What you mean here (assuming your lawsuit story is true, which you have yet to provide evidence of) is that “several doctors think that vaccines may have caused autism in your son.” (or possibly: “several doctors were paid to say that in court”) There is no way for them, or you, to know that for an absolute fact. Why? Because nobody knows for sure what causes autism, that’s why.

There is some reason to believe that one cause may be genetic. From the CDC site:

Studies have shown that among identical twins, if one child has an ASD, then the other will be affected about 60-96% of the time. In non-identical twins, if one child has an ASD, then the other is affected about 0-24% of the time.
