Lets be reactive on issues instead of proactive.. Normal government redtape..

God forbid someone who knows something speaks up and makes their “boss” look stupid.. Let’s rather wait until something goes wrong, then the “boss” will go to you asking for a mircle to get it working again.. Then when you do, the “boss” looks good because they resolved the issue and they get all the credit, the promotion, the raise, etc.

So, we have another airbrain going up the chain (still not knowing anything) and the people who actually know things sit in their cubicals waiting for the new airbrained “boss” who took over to come running over with another issue..
