No. Those particular statistics are quite irrelevant and do not support a case that Neda’s shooting could have been part of a conspiracy.

I suppose that there is a very tiny possibility that the shooting was arranged for some warped motive, but there is a much greater probability that it was your local neighborhood psychopath enjoying the anonymity of chaos.

My guess is that it was most likely an accident from one of those trigger happy idiots that abound in that region of the world where shooting off your AK is regarded as a reasonable way of expressing emotion.
