Similar libraries

Apparently, are two libraries are not distinct entities, but seem to exist in this self-replicating state where I read a book and then you automatically have access and a desire to read the same book. :P

Well, that’s actually an illusion. The reality is that I’m a pretty voracious reader of Sci Fi, and have been all my life, and I’ve only been on O-nerd a couple of years — the backlog of stuff I read before I joined is just too inconvenient to enter into the system.

Instead, I tend to watch the book list and put in “me too” additions.

The current process for putting books into O-nerd is a little cumbersome. I’d love to have some way to just take digital pictures of the bar code on the books, convert them to ISBNs and upload a big list.
