It could be.. Today’s debacle was making a 5 foot extension line out of flex pvc. I used a femael to male pvc end with a spigot connector, and a standard garden hose adapter on the other end. Under full pressure, the hose last 20 hours. My ends stood up quite well though.

I have decided to give all the fittings ample time to dry, and through the design realize the system will never be under that great of pressure (especially with the drain fitting).
