A long time ago during the dark ages, way before Galileo came along and developed the Scientific Method, the people who were called alchemists and astrologers were actually very similar in many ways to our present day chemists, physicists and astronomers except that they were working with different notions of reality. We owe a great debt to these people and a bit of scorn to Sunday newspaper astrologers and their scientist critics who have no clue what astrology is all about.

Note: There was a lot of persecution of scientific thought from the catholic church at this time so there was a lot of secret codes and subterfuge from the people investigating nature.
