Any chance you’d share which card/company has such good service? I’ve yet to run across that myself and would be willing to consider switching just by that endorsement!

I use Discover card. I’ve had the card for over ten years and use it for almost all of my expenses. I’ve always had excellent customer service, and I enjoy the cash back.

The only down side is it isn’t as widely as Mastercard or Visa. It’s not a big deal, though – I just have to use my backup card occasionally (maybe once or twice a month).
