Hey; I live where she does and have seen a photograph of the label still attached to couch proudly saying "N..... Brown" - it made headlines in the local papers. The store refused to apologize, the supplier passed the buck, the manufacturer in China passed the buck and it ended up at the translation company. I guess no one in that whole chain spoke English <sigh>
