While I was able to effectively locate online business savings options, I found the information online about business checking to be extremely lacking. Even calling the national customer service lines typically resulted in being advised to contact my local branch. In the end, I had to bite the bullet, tear my hand from the mouse and actually look some people in the eye. Annoying, yes, but it ended the online frustrations and gave me the information I needed in about an hour.
