The highly competitive travel market. we get some traffic from organic search, but we found the process to be lacking transperancy and google's latest changes seemed to exclude a lot of legitimate sites.

My take on it: I should not be gaming the system. If I am relevant, I should be listed somewhere - if not, my time is better spent on advertising on Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and Microsoft AdCenter.
