Wow, so it took a bunch of mathematicians to figure out that 25 divided by 36 equals .7 ? That is amazing! Wait, so 5^2/6^2 equals .7? Holy Schnikey! Man...gosh...gee-wiz

If only cavemen had calculators, we could have known this simple equation sooner...thanks mathematicians, for your contribution to society!

25/36 is actualy .694444444444444444444444444444444444444 ad naseum; .7 would be more like 25.2, assuming 36" hips. The proverbial "perfect" figure of 36-24-36 would be .6666666666666666666666. (only if she's 5'3", with apologies to Sir Mix-a-Lot)
