Did you see the CNN article showing him wearing what seemed like 1950's 3D shades instead of some real eye protection?

I'm not surprised by the guidance system problem - they based their launch rockets on technology from the North Koreans. The DPRK used to buy that technology from the Russians but later just started cloning it (badly) which is why their strategy against South Korea is not pinpoint precision but just to lob rocket after rocket after rocket at them in such high volumes that something will hit where it hurts. So it would appear that the Iranians have managed to MISS space ... take off the 3D glasses and just look up!
