(Probably going to regret this) Maybe it's just me, but as far as I could tell, the Congresscritters weren't trying to pass any laws, just yammering on about the Bible. How is that "complete disregard for the separation of church and state?" They did not, in fact attempt to make any "laws respecting an establishment of religion." Yes, I could think that Congress has better things to do, and I can't fault you for saying that they should be doing other things on the taxpayers dime (but then again, the less actual work they do the less they can screw up the country) but I'm honestly at a loss as to any of that was in violation of the Constitution. Are you going to tell me that no member of the government should be allowed to talk about their religion?
The funniest part about that video is in the subtle background. The woman sitting behind him is paying absolutely no attention whatsoever as she gabs and chats with the person behind her while McIntyre yammers on.

John Gibson's a tool.
Look - the man said he saw a UFO - an Unidentified Flying Object. He even was obviously trying to make the point that he was saying nothing more than that he saw something in the sky he couldn't identify. That happens all the time.
What's crazy to make the next step, saying, "Hm, I don't know what that is - must be aliens from another planet come to rape the cattle."
In fact, air traffic controllers see UFOs all the time - until the transponder identifies it, or they establish radio contact and the pilot identifies it, and so on.
Get over it, people - this is just a right wing pundit trying to smear a liberal candidate.
