Drug Test before Welfare

Cannot agree more that welfare recipients take a drug test before receiving benefits. It is sad when able-bodied Americans abuse the system especially when using drugs and/or alcohol.

As prime examples, I'll look no further than one of the girls in my wife's EMT course. She draws a welfare check. And like clockwork, she goes out drinking, paying bail money and is known to use drugs. She has then complained about money for bills and food while wondering how to support her kids.
