What? No ninjas?!? I'm disappointed, but I'll vote for Vader simply because it's about dang time the Court had a justice who flips out and cuts off people's heads.

uh, dude- Vader doesn't actually "flip out and cut off people's heads ." He usually calls them a name (or accepts their apology) and crushes their windpipe with his mind, traits I think would do well for a Supreme Court Justice. Besides, who'd be the ninja? The Master (as played by Lee Van Cleef) is too dang old, Elektra has been killed, ressurected, and brainwashed by the Hand (ninjas themselves who are too busy killing and ressurecting and brainwashing, or being gutted by Wolverine,) and Ninja Gaiden is too busy starring in a video game that's too hard to beat.
