News Submission Functional
As of this post, users can post news submissions for moderators to review and consider for posting. This should add a new dynamic to OmniNerd that allows for more input from the readers than just articles. So if you see something interesting in the news, be sure to let your fellow nerds know about it.

Some thoughts on my sweetness by markmcb
I must say, I like the flow of the site way better than the previous version… and I loved the previous version. The forms are definitely better now. Gone are the days of losing the data you typed because you hit back on your browser to correct a typo. I’m really hoping the news submission functionality will alleviate the stagnation that has plagued this site in the past.
I guess only time will tell how the site will do, but I think it’s on the right path. PLEEEEEASE send me feedback either on the site or via email. If you’ve got ideas, I’d love to hear them.
