Iraqi Referendum: Photographing 15 October 2005

Layout article by VnutZ on 16 October 2005, tagged as photography, iraq, history, war, and oif

Matthew Vea again provides us with a first-hand look at the progress being made in Iraq as both Iraqi citizens and coalition forces attempt to establish a democratic government. Operating out of Baghdad, the 3-7 Infantry played a major role in providing security for the Iraqis as they made their way to the polls to vote. Using his camera, Matthew provides us with stunning photography to complement his account of the Iraqi Referendum.
